First Week Devlog

Howdy everyone!

I'd like to start off by saying WOW! Thanks for all the support! We broke 300 downloads in the first week, which I was absolutely not expecting. I put a lotta work into this so it makes me very happy to see it all paid off finally.

Secondly, I've been collecting everyone's concerns and working on adding highly requested features. Demo version 1.6 includes fullscreen options, options menu in the title screen, more accessibility features, balancing the beer pong minigame (Hank was too good, I told him to go a bit easier on you), and assorted breaking bug fixes. Unless some extreme game-breaking cases start appearing, I don't plan to update the demo on itch.io any more. Do not fret: I'm still working on the game!

This brings me to my third and last point: I opened up a Patreon! There is only one tier for $1, which grants you access to all the builds whenever they come out. It's a bit sparse at the moment, though you can scroll back to see some of the earlier UtB work-in-progress art.

Thanks for following along, and I hope you'll like what's in store!

"Cheers!" - Bonnie

Hrm... odd... for me Hank was easy, but I was worse, he kept missing by a long shot half the time... how does one luck out on massive RNG array 7 times in a row?  I just didn't have proper practice of the system being used to play the pong, and I would have won fairly easily.  I think my case is an outlier factor by the sounds of it though.

Oh thank goodness, what a terror!

Glad to hear you're getting good feedback and positive attention! If I can request one more thing for the full game, it would be to please make minigames like the beer pong optional. Both for accessibility reasons, and in case people want to speed through to see more content on future playthroughs. :) Thanks for your work on this!

I'll keep that in mind! Currently, I want to make minigames unlock different dialogue, but not be the deciding factor on whether or not you progress in a route.

That said, I'll look into adding options to skip minigames that have already been played through once, or accessibility options for the games. Thanks for the feedback!
