November Devlog


Hey everyone!

It's been a busy two months, between work and some personal stuff going on (I'm moving)! But rest assured, progress on the game is slow but sure. In fact, this next update is going to be pretty big due to some of the features I'll be adding, which I'll go into further detail below.

  • Android support! This is a big one, and might take a few attempts before it's working as smoothly as the PC builds due to the minigames and menus currently in game. I'll be testing thoroughly myself (part of the reason this is taking so long is because I needed to find a phone to test on lol), but patience is appreciated, as this feature might be a bit buggy initially.
  • Revisiting Dialogue History!  I initially wanted to use the in-game phone UI to access all the game's options, but that's proving to make some of the UX real ugly and weird to navigate. So i'm scrapping what was currently there, and going for a more traditional UI approach for some of the existing screens, starting with the Dialogue History screen. 
  • Hank / Rebecca Day 2! As far as actual story progress, this new update will include Day 2 content for Rebecca and Hank! The wordcount for this update will be a bit bigger than the last one, and will include more art and sprites too (two characters = double art)!
  • CG Focus / Hide UI options! In traditional VNs, there's usually an option to hide UI elements in order to get a better view at CGs or character sprites or whatever. We have that now too!

As you can see, it's a big one! I don't have a clear timeline of when this update will be ready yet, but I'm hoping sometime either this or next month. I hope yall are just as excited for this new FREE update as much as I am! Anyways, thanks for the support as always, and see yall around!

Ahhh, thank you for adding the dialogue history! That's a big thing I wanted when I first played. Your hard work on this is appreciated!
